About The ARMO Institute of Applied Skills

ARMO Institute of Applied Skills is a high-quality, skill training institute and a sibling of ARMO Initiative Ltd.

ARMO Institute of Applied Skills was founded based on the principle of experimental learning with a focus on community empowerment. Today, we deliver a complete caregiving course and will be expanding to include additional vocational courses. Our courses are industry-focused; therefore, not only do we deliver practical skills learning, we provide certification, and as your experience grows, you gain the confidence and develop employability IRL! By offering a safe and supportive learning environment that has professional educators, appropriate facilities, and ongoing mentorship, we intend to turn excited students into employable professionals.

To eradicate unemployability in Bangladesh by delivering high-quality skills training that has real-world outcomes and meets the workforce needs of both local and global demand.

  Provide Industry-Relevant Curriculum: Develop and update training modules that use the real-life standards when we work through our care-giving course, and then build additional modules that meet local industry standards with trades such as hospitality, information technology, automotive technology, etc.

  Support Development of Functional Competencies: More focus to practice-based workshops, simulation labs, and guided field experiences, so that the graduates are work-ready from day one.

  Enable Connecting Students with Work: Build connections with local NGOs, healthcare centers, and organizations to enable students' internship, career guidance, and job placements - so that our graduates can seamlessly enter fulfilling careers.

  Help to Empower through Soft-Skill Development: Incorporate communication, teamwork, and problem-solving modules with every program so that our students become balanced and adaptable professionals for high-speed work environments.
